Website refresh · From £199

Your site is not broken. It has just stopped saying the right things.

Content that describes a business you no longer are. Services you added that never made it onto the site. Prices from two years ago. A refresh fixes all of that without the cost or disruption of a rebuild.

The real question

Do you need a new website, or a better one?

Almost everyone who asks about a rebuild does not need one. The structure is usually sound, the platform is fine, and the site does roughly what it should. What has gone wrong is that the business moved on and the website did not.

A rebuild throws away everything — including the pages Google already trusts, the URLs that already rank, and the years of history behind them. That is a real cost, and it is rarely mentioned by whoever is quoting for the rebuild.

We will tell you honestly which one you need. If the site genuinely is beyond refreshing, we will say so — that is a bigger job and not one we would pretend otherwise about.

The row that matters most is the third one. A redesign that changes every URL without a proper redirect map can undo years of search visibility in an afternoon — we have done that migration properly for a client and it is the part most agencies rush.

What is included

What a refresh covers

  • An honest assessment firstWhat is working, what needs updating, and what to leave alone. Some of your pages are probably fine.
  • Copy rewritten to match the business you are nowCurrent services, current prices, current tone. Most sites we refresh are describing a business two or three years out of date.
  • Structure and clarityLayout and navigation so visitors find what they came for. Often the content was fine and nobody could reach it.
  • On-page SEO throughoutTitles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links — the things that were probably never set properly in the first place.
  • Technical checksSpeed, crawlability and mobile performance. Not a full technical audit, but enough to catch anything actively harmful.
Who this suits

When a refresh is the right call

  • The site feels dated but worksNothing is broken. It just does not look like a business you would choose today.
  • You have grown and the site has notNew services, new staff, new prices — none of it on the website.
  • You know something is off but not whatA common one, and usually solvable without rebuilding anything.
  • You have reviews and photos going unusedSitting in your phone or your inbox rather than on the pages where they would do some good.

If your site is on a platform you cannot edit, or it was built badly enough that fixing it costs more than replacing it, a refresh is the wrong answer. We will tell you that rather than take the smaller job.

Not sure which you need?

Start with the free audit. It will show whether the problems are content, structure or something deeper — and we will tell you plainly whether a refresh would fix them.
