3a. Business contact details in the public domain
We sometimes process business contact details that are already publicly available — from company websites, professional platforms such as LinkedIn, business directories, or public registers like Companies House.
We use this only to identify and contact businesses that might benefit from our services. We do not buy contact lists, we do not sell or share them, and everything we use is in the public domain. If you would rather we did not hold your details, email us and we will remove them.

6. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. Nobody buys it from us and nobody ever will.
We use third-party services to run the business — email hosting, cloud storage, accounting software, and the analytics tools listed below. Your data may pass through those, and only for the purpose of running the business.
7. Cookies and analytics
Under PECR, non-essential cookies must not be set until you consent. Our cookie banner controls that, and nothing below runs until you accept.

10. How we protect it
Encrypted storage, strong and unique passwords, two-factor authentication where it is offered, and reputable service providers. Only Simon and Lisa have access to client data — there is nobody else in the business.
No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise. If anything ever went wrong in a way that affected you, we would tell you and notify the ICO within the required 72 hours.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top is the last revision, and we do not backdate it.
Any question about any of the above, just ask us. You will get a straight answer from one of the two people who wrote it.
